If you want to create a cake design that will come together in a few minutes, then this is the one for you ;) pipe some giant rosettes onto the side of your cake, and fill in any spaces with piped V's. You can keep this as a one tier, or for some extra elegance, consider adding a 2nd tier. How to Make Fondant Rosettes To make fondant rosettes, start by rolling out fondant and cutting into 1" wide strips.
