Wondering if your hip flexors are tight? Try the modified Thomas test! Sitting on the edge of a table, bench or chair, hug your knee to your chest and lay back. Relax your other leg. It should fall to the level of the bed while you keep your back flat against the bed. Your knee should also not stay straight.
